Booking a visit
You can request an appointment in three ways: the form on the contact page, a WhatsApp message, or a call to +968 9751 0975.
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. The practice replies to confirm the exact time, usually within . Requests outside consultation hours are answered when the clinic next opens.
Consultation hours
Saturday to Thursday, 8
am to 9 pm. The clinic is closed on Fridays. Public holiday timings may differ .Before your visit
- Bring your medicines or a clear photo of the boxes.
- Bring older reports, scans and discharge summaries.
- If blood tests may be needed, ask when booking whether you should come fasting.
- Bring your insurance card if you plan to use insurance .
Arriving
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment, especially for a first visit, so registration does not eat into consultation time. If you are running late, message or call us so we can advise whether to come in or rebook.
Cancelling or moving a visit
Life happens. If you cannot make it, tell us as early as you can by WhatsApp or phone and we will move the booking. Repeated no-shows without notice may mean future requests are asked to confirm on the day.
Follow-up visits
Follow-up timing is set at your consultation based on what your condition needs, not on a fixed schedule. Reports and test results are explained at a review visit or, when suitable, by message.
Emergencies
Appointments are for non-emergency care. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department rather than waiting for a booking reply.
