Accessibility statement
Last updated
We want this website usable by every patient, including people using screen readers, keyboards only, zoom, reduced motion settings, or small screens.
What we build to
The site is developed and tested against WCAG 2.2 level AA. Practical measures include:
- Text and contrast large enough to read comfortably, with body text at 17 px or above.
- Full keyboard access, a visible focus ring, and a skip link on every page.
- Semantic landmarks, one clear heading structure per page, and labels on form fields.
- Support for reduced-motion settings: carousels and the hero cube stop moving when you prefer it.
- Plain-language content written to be understandable, not just compliant.
Known limits
The site is new and we are still improving it. Third-party embeds such as Google Maps are outside our control, though they load only on request. If a PDF or scanned document is ever added, we will aim for an accessible alternative.
Physical access
For access at the clinic itself (parking, lifts, wheelchair access at Badr Al Samaa Royal Hospital), see the Plan your visit page .
